Terms and Conditions

If you do not understand the Ticket Policy, then Ghost Tours of Kansas, LLC has a right to revoke your tickets without credit issued or a refund.

* Must have a conformation print-out sheet to attend tour or activity! Ghost Tours of Kansas, LLC. DOES NOT MAIL TICKETS!

* Ghost Tours of Kansas, LLC has the right to revoke my ticket if I ask when my tickets will be mailed to me.

* Restroom breaks CANNOT be guaranteed! Please be sure to use the restroom before the tour begins! Timeout for restroom breaks during the tour will result in time taken away from tour.

* Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full with no credit issued. Rescheduling are at the discretion of the company.

* No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%, with no credit issued. Cancellations between 24 hours and seven days of tour start are given 100% credit for a future tour or charged 50% of total cost.

* Tours depart on time. In order to maintain tour schedules, we cannot wait for late arrivals. No shows due to late arrival are charged 100% with no credit issued. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on any of our tours. No exceptions. Ghost Tours of Kansas LLC reserves the right to prohibit tour entry to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated or otherwise disorderly. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

* Ghost Tours of Kansas LLC assumes no responsibility for delays, cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of roads, trails, rivers, lakes, and any other conditions beyond control, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers. Ghost Tours of Kansas LLC cannot assume responsibility for travel expenses associated with canceled or delayed tours, including parking fees, hotels or other accommodations, plane, train or other travel tickets, automobile or other travel-related expenses, etc. Ghost Tours of Kansas LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to property. On some tours and activities the size of the vehicle depends on the number of passengers booked for that particular day. Ghost Tours of Kansas LLC reserves the right to use the vehicle of its choice for any of its tours or functions.

* As a paying customer of Ghost Tours of Kansas LLC, I am aware that I enter, visit and exit at my own risk and by my own free will, the public locations and businesses that are get out stops during the tour. I understand that I will be exiting and entering a bus during the tour and that certain locations are darker than others and that the use of a flashlight might be in order. If I need a flashlight or any other means of assisting me for the tour, I will use what I have brought. I attest that I am of sound mind and body. I understand that I am under the leadership of the tour guide and driver during the tour. I understand that I can choose not to get off the bus if so desired during the tour. By reading these terms and conditions and checking the appropriate box to purchase tickets I have consented to hold harmless, waive and release from liability the legitimate owner of the property and Ghost Tours of Kansas LLC, its officers, directors, agents and members for the tour in which I have paid and attended.
